This past Saturday the 30th I had my baby shower. My sister Katie and good friend Elizabeth organized it and it was hosted at Elizabeth's house. My sister Katie even flew in for the weekend from Portland just to be there and hang out with me. It was a blast to get to see so many good friends. The twins were showered with a ton of great gifts, as well as a book from everyone there. I can't believe how generous everyone was! We had planned to go to Babies R Us the next day to get a ton of last minute little things, but thanks to everyone at the shower, that list was practically cut in half! Billy entertained Elizabeth's husband Ryan, son Noah, Ryan's cousin and their doodle Greta during the shower at our house. Apparently Noah loved playing with Jasper. Then after the shower Kelsey, Lexie, Kim, Saige and Isley came back to my house for some dinner and hang out time. It was so great that Saige made the trip over from Idaho Falls, especially with an 8 month old. It was so great to be together with the girls again, it had been about a year since Saige's baby shower in Boise. A huge thanks for everyone for coming, it was so great to see you, and also thank you very much for your generous gifts! And a very special thanks to Katie and Elizabeth for putting on such a great shower for me, I had a blast and am so thankful for the time with friends. And another special thanks to Lexie for making the most amazing cupcakes ever! It maybe wouldn't be advantageous to quit your day job, but you could seriously go into business!
